*. 입찰보증금

*. 입찰의 무효

나. 계약담당자는 입찰자가 제출한 서류에 대한 적정성 여부를 개찰 이후에도 판정할 수 있습니다. 제출한 서류가 허위 또는 부정한 방법으로 작성(제출)된 사실이 확인 될 경우에는 관련법규에 따라 계약해지, 부정당업자 제재 등을 받을 수 있습니다.

*. 기타사항

가. 입찰자는 입찰공고문, 규격서, 계약조건, 입찰유의서 등 공고자료 내용을 숙지하여 입찰에 참여하여야 하며, 미숙지에 따른 책임은 입찰자에게 있습니다.

나. 입찰자는 연구소의 계약조건(Terms and conditions)을 수용하는 것을 전제로 입찰에 참가하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다. 만약 입찰자가 계약조건을 수정하여 제출할 경우 불이익이 발생할 수 있음을 유의 바랍니다.

다. 입찰이 유찰될 경우 재입찰 여부를 확인하고 재입찰이 가능한 경우 공고된 일시에 재입찰을 할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 재입찰 여부 미확인 등으로 재입찰에 참여하지 못한 책임은 입찰참가자에게 있습니다.

We, the undersigned, hereby guarantee that we will perform our obligations including but not limited to the following in good faith.

Should we commit a material breach such as not delivering, we guarantee to pay the Buyer the amount we received with interest <SOFR(Secured Overnight Financing Rate) +*%>.

We further guarantee that we will not claim against or appeal to the Buyer in relation to any unfavorable action which may be taken against us by the Buyer on the grounds that we have not complied with the above conditions.

In addition, we hereby guarantees that all the prices specified in the invoice do not include any improper costs. We shall guarantee that the price stated do not exceed his regular domestic price as adjusted by the export differential, and that such price is not higher than that charged to any other Purchasers similarly situated at the time that the invoice is issued.
